We have been lied to, misled, and now they are frauding the government. Our loan is a Fannie Mae loan and it is guaranteed by the government should we default on the loan.

PNC Mortgage does not process loan modification documents for homeowners as required by law. They have not mailed documentation they are required to send for the loan modification process. PNC has falsely said I would qualify for a loan modification on three seperate occasions.
