I have booked Qatar Prometric on 16th sep 2015 through online for 21st sep 2015. But same day I had problem in registration of name. Then i sent a mail to customer care to change my name asper passport. I waited till 8pm of 17th sep 2015 I didn't get any reply from customer service. Then I sent mail for refund the money at least.
