This is unacceptable, I am calling Purolator and raise a ticket complaint against the driver (ask for his route number which is the driver number). I am also calling DELL to complain and for them to NEVER use Purolator or DELLwill never see an order for computing equipment for my business EVER!!!!! Fire these lazy drivers!!!!

While I'm sitting taking a break I saw the Purolator truck pull up my road and park a little ahead of my house. The driver must not have seen me since when he got out he walked that infamous little slip right up to my driveway until he saw me.

They never seem to deliver when I'm at home, force me to go to their stupid store and even when other companies never have a problem with any of my deliveries, you can bet Purolator always will have one. And the driver refuses to come back to deliver even though they never do really knock or try to deliver.

I guess I thought Purolator and its employees still had some modicum of decency despite all the horror stories I had read about them but how wrong & naive I was! The deliverer of the parcel had apparently not rung the bell, most probably as some kind of ayback because of a complaint sent about Purolator to the BBB a few weeks back.

We are 100% certain the driver signed it, since he knew her name the day before when delivered the first item. We filed a complaint regarding this and purolator is saying that the driver was at our location based on their GPS system...but we obviously did not receive the package.
