They never seem to deliver when I'm at home, force me to go to their stupid store and even when other companies never have a problem with any of my deliveries, you can bet Purolator always will have one. And the driver refuses to come back to deliver even though they never do really knock or try to deliver.

Since I do not have a vehicle and the Purolator depot in Mtl is out of the way, this posed an issue. However, this time, I was home, I knew the package was coming. The driver was great and even made sure I could handle it when he passed it to me.

While I'm sitting taking a break I saw the Purolator truck pull up my road and park a little ahead of my house. The driver must not have seen me since when he got out he walked that infamous little slip right up to my driveway until he saw me.

Easily the worst shipping company I have ever used. There were a number of discrepancies calculated for our shipment, and we were overcharged by at least double. Our client on the other end was verbally harassed by a Purolator delivery driver, and our complaints regarding the price of our shipment, and harassment were not taken seriously.
