Great experience with Quality 1st Basement. We moved into a newly constructed home that, as it turns out, didn't put any basement drainage system in before finishing the basement. The system was installed on 8/29/14. On 9/5/14, I noticed water penetrating though my basement wall at two locations where pipes were penetrating the basement to the outside. I called Quality 1st Basement to complain. They sent a person who came and installed a plastic cover over the area to conceal the water, so I could not see it.
