RainSoft's reply to: The customer’s local dealer identified the problem as a piece of galvanized fitting that was causing the leak, not the water treatment equipment. The fitting has been replaced and the dealer has provided a dehumidifier to help with drying out the basement. The dealer has also reimbursed the customer to her satisfaction.
