Yes, the black account is a service I pay extra to have but all the benefits are worth it...cheaper cinema tickets, mobile phone insurance and the travel insurance. I am so glad we left our last bank (who we had been with for 20 years!). It was a huge leap of faith but RBS have been nothing but helpful in every aspect since we've been with them.
