If I could select a ZERO rating I would! RMG are an absolute joke. Every body in our development complaints about them on a daily basis. You can’t make head or tails of the invoices they send you. Break down of items show one total yet the amount you have to pay is completely different! Invoices are also sent out late.

If you escalate to a complaint to RMG it just gets covered up by the "Management" group at RMG, often they give the complaint to the property Manager, when the complaint is about her! Fees triped in Jan 2019 and yet still nothing is done to improve living standards.

RMG have been unhelpful which is very poor for a management company ! Contacted customer service and said there is nothing they can do even though I have given them the money. Now going to complaints department and emailed Ombudsman.

It's been six months this year and they were no were to be found. I have come to the conclusion to take it further. Please avoid if possible. For us, the countryside properties management did not consult us before handing the estate over to RMG, even with all these bad reviews. We feel cheated on.
