We have received a Notice to Abate Animal Noise Complaint from LA County Department of Animal Care and Control. Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can deal with this? The problem we will always encounter is that even if cities allow roosters, if there is a noise ordinance, if I neighbor decides to complain, there will be issues with having roosters. They crow at ALL times of the day AND night.
