I then sent them an email of complaint and requested a copy of their complaints procedure as I felt I had been mis-sold the product.

All the staff I have come in to contact with during the process of purchasing our windows have been very helpful and knowledgable. My experience of SafeStyle UK has been positive from the sales visit to the fitting. The windows are very good quality and the fitter was lovely and did an excellent job, he also cleaned up well after fitting.
