I am frustrated beyond belief with the Scotiabank!! 4 years ago I bought a house and got a mortgage thru Scotiabank because they offered the best rates. I signed all the papers, then the mortgage officer said I had to get mortgage insurance. I told him I didn't need it as I had plenty of life insurance.
