Upon return to Scrivens with the alternate prescription there was no acceptance that they had been wrong at any stage in any way or form. Asked to speak to a manager above branch level and point blank refused. Asked for a full refund as they got everything so wrong and was told no. I hasten to add that never again will we use Scrivens Opticians.

Constant threatening emails from area manager driving morale through the floor, no support, pressure to hit unrealistic targets which means u feel pressure to over sell. Continue reading.1/5
