Feb 29, 2012 · Just this morning, I called Sears at the number provided on the back of my original Sears credit card to have the unpaid balance moved from the new CitiBank Mastercard to our original credit card account. The agent stated that she couldn't authorize the transfer because the new account is in my wife's name only. My wife and I are livid.

Complaint / review text: Sears/Citicard AccountCare product ripoff. 2 years ago when my claim was denied I requested that AccountCare be cancelled. 1st off I was treated very rudely once I requested the cancellation and 2ndly the cancellation never took place.
