Jul 18, 2016 · Hi Peter, Most likely you do. Contact the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman, if you haven't already.They deal with yellow pages complaints/disputes, including incorrect advertisements. I would expect Sensis to amend the advertisement with the correct information or refund you.

Dec 07, 2010 · Our company has subjected to a fraudulent scam by people of, or acting on behalf of Telstra's subsidiary Sensis. We received a "confirmation" letter from Sensis confirming our listing in their service held under an old company name presumably taken from the Telstra database.
