Jul 16, 2008 · Shopdigitaldirect.com is, quite simply, a scam. I attempted ordering a camera advertised on their website and paid a hefty sum to have overnight delivery. The camera never arrived. Instead, on the day it was set to arrive, I got a phone call to "confirm" my order.

At this point, I was so upset on how he talked to me I was going to email them a complaint about their customer service. I could not get them to email me back with a supervisor/manager name so thats when I googled "complaints on shopdigitaldirect.com" and came accross this website.

I just wish i read this review about this company before i purchase from them. I order a HDR-SR12 camcorder for presidential package it was $949.99 wow sounds like a great deal.
