Unfortunately, there are many times that Shore Excursions Group doesn't offer tours from the ports where I'm sailing. I've relied on other tour operators to give me alternative options to use in lieu of the cruises offerings. I also wish that I could also use your services for excursions that aren't directly tied to a cruise.

I used the "Shore Excursions Group". They are a company out of Florida that books group excursions all over the world. You must pay the entire cost up front before you leave on your cruise.There was a mix up with the meeting time and I missed the tour.

The Shore Excursions Group is incompetent!! My husband and I were in the last van to arrive back at the dock and had missed the last tender.
