Oct 26, 2011 · I wrote to the Better Business Bureau to complain. They wrote to SIR Home Improvement and their response was that I had misunderstood what the woman had said. No I hadn't. They wanted an order from me at the time of the appointment and since I had said that I planned to talk to others, then they didn't want to bother with me.
