You need to get a copy of the lease, find out when the equipment was delivered, that will be the actual start date of the lease (not when the lease was signed by someone at your company), you also need to keep in mind that most all copier leases are billed a month in arrears.

Nov 24, 2012 · This was not an issue with Toshiba, Ricoh, or Xerox copiers. The issue I had with the Toshiba copiers was when we were upgrading from an older one to a newer generation when we were renewing our lease, we could not just backup the settings and restore it on the new copier. The engineers who designed them made them totally incompatible.
