In my case, I bought a $6 book through DBS (Discount Book Sales) and hit with membership and unauthorized memebership fee - monthly. Purchased some books for my granddaughter for Christmas and somehow registered for Smart Savings Center. How I don't know. First credit card bill had $9.99 charge for the supposed savings on books. I immediately got on website and cancelled. Next CC bill had several $1.00 charges for same place. Last months had $1.00 charge, today $2.00 charge.
