I was very impressed with the courtesy extended to me. I was able to try the device before signing with LifeSafer. I was not able to pass with the "Smart Start" device. It ended up being the shape of the mouthpiece is why. I went almost three months without driving because of this. Kim in customer service was very patient and knowledgeable.

Although I’m only going to have it on for another month because I won the DOL hearing it is better than Smart start only thing I hate about it is the warm-up time I even put a wool sock over it and some mornings or even takes up two minute and a half to warm up which drains the battery pretty bad
