Southern Homes sent the same above mentioned rep. to our home for another inspection. He acknowledged our complaints and finally sent the tile contractor to our home to fix the problems.

Southern Energy Homes know nothing about customer service. I bought one of their homes not even four years ago now. Late within the first year the roof started leaking through some light fixtures. I called the salesman when I started experiencing these problems. His suggestion was to hire a roofer.

To gain access to main kitchen light switch, you have to walk all the way across the kitchen and switch is up under the cabinets. I could go on and on, I wrote this review, hopefully to keep someone from making the mistake we did. There is evidently no quality control with Southern Energy Mobile homes and for sure not any pride in what they build.
