Advice to Management. Lighten up! You're in the business of selling mostly gag gifts and "fun." While it's nice for "Nickie and Nick" to have fun, give your employees the chance to enjoy their job too - give up the mandatory scripted sales pushes - and it might make it easier for you to retain employees and I bet your sales figures would not be adversely affected.4/5(8)
