Sep 20, 2004 · Stainsafe told me to go to a glass company and found out how much it would cost to replace the panel. The Glass stores told me because I have a special italian engraving on the panel they would not be able to duplicate the pattern. I contact Stainsafe and provided the information. I explain to the representaive I did not want mix match glass panel.

Unable to get through. We bought furniture from STeinhafels. Same situation. We bought the warranty back in 2008. We have rips in the leather. Stainsafe is out of business, so Steinhafels said they couldnt help us, even though they suggested that warranty when we bought the furniture.

The Worry-No-More Furniture Protection Plan is the same company as StainSafe. They have the same telephone number: 1-800-916-6229. I purchase a leather sofa, love seat, and ottoman from Macy's Department Store in September 2006. With this furniture I purchase a 7 year warranty with Worry-No-More to cover stains.

Feb 23, 2012 · I purchased from Value City Furniture, with the fabric warranty, which was very pricey. The piece of furniture was 2-3 times what we had paid before, so as long as it lasted, we didn't mind too much, but it was still almost $300 on warranties (also a frame warranty from VCF).
