Stannah were brilliant, the engineer was helpful and not pushy, they were always on time and the work was done without fuss and the stairlift had a huge impact, improving both my parents and wife's quality of life. Mar 20, 2016 · Had stairlift installed last year, then the Dealer I bought it from lost their Dealer designation because "they didn't sell enough stairlifts per year". WHAT! So 6 months after it was installed they were not even allowed to complete WARRANTY WORK! Called Bruno, they said HME is the ONLY DEALER NEAR ME, which is 150 km away.4.4/5
