Nobody from Staples has ever contacted me to follow up on this, despite my numerous requests and increasing dis-satisfaction and anger relating to this. I have still not received the refund, and it is now approaching two months since I requested it. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as of today.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, DIDNT DELIVER ITEMS THEY CHARGED FOR... I just keep getting fobbed off, I was charged the full value of everything I ordered, say 11 items. 1 item to be delivered the following week. 7 items sent, so I ring and get told there was a supply issue and the rest would come on the Monday and Friday of the next week and items are only charged as they dispatch from warehouse.
