Because of StarTek and Cincinnati Bell, hundreds of people in Cincinnati have lost their jobs! The fioptics internet and tv are a joke. They work barely half the tme, I had several complaints from customers about that, and once you have fioptics you cannot go back to regular cable. I suggest Time Warner to everyone.Author: Former Rep

Cons. The job is very stressful. Regularly you are put to a task that is nearly impossible to accomplish. You have to deal with customers that are on the short end of leaving the client the company represents (Sprint) due to said company's very poor customer service in the first place. I enjoyed working at startek because of good environment and friendly people.
