07/23/2019. Our second mortgage was sold to Statebridge, initially we received notice of this transaction at the end of 2018, we were provided a mailing address to make payments to but no new loan number, so we started making payments to said address every month, sending checks via my Chase bank account bill-pay.

Statebridge company is an absolute joke. I am unable to refinance my primary loan since my 2nd is with Statebridge. They told the lender that they need to see 12 payments before allowing me to refinance my primary. I have made 7 payments!! 1st off, the streamline on my primary has NO impact on the 2nd mortgage.1/5(11)
