From what I’ve heard, people that get hired for this section generally are overworked because they are the only person in the section. I also know target has an ongoing fun little game where they like to give insane amounts of work to their employees and expect them to finish it all in a shift and have time to start the next shifts work.

Employee Review. There are no pros to working here. Low pay, terrible managerial staff (mean, dysfunctional people run the stores), inconsistent hours, horrible benefits, very little paid time off. Many of my former Target coworkers left Target for Walmart and got paid more, treated better by the management, and received paid time off.5/5
