I purchased a $3000 RCI travel package SCAM. I purchased a RCI travel package for approximately $3000 for two 4-6 days cruise and a 7 day resort. The dates I wanted to book was costing me additionally for the inside cabin. The agents offer another date to sail that only cost the fees. I told him I needed to check on the new dates.

Yes not likely prime season, but compared to staying in a hotel for a week? YES RCI is worth belonging to as long as you do it right and take advantage of the deals. If you only travel once a year or bought a $30,000 timeshare to join you probably won't see the benefit. But as beanb41 says, if you are flexible there is no better way to travel.

At the time of purchase, June 2018, I was told I was purchasing a Cruise Certificate and a Week Resort Certificate which values were over $2500.00.
