Booked a Las Vegas hotel with Travelbag at an exceptionally good rate. Although Travelbag have to check availability with their supplier I still had an e-mail confirmation from them within 10 minutes of booking. No problems, happy customer and would certainly use Travelbag again and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

It's a firm price with an itinerary including hotel and breakfast. Held for 48 hours then 100 gbp deposit, balance payable later. I've been monitoring these flights with flexible dates (week either side of both directions) with the usual skyscanner, matrix ita, kayak and flight carriers direct (emirates/ba, etihad/virgin, Singapore and looked but least preferred qatar).

The customer service agents are not helpful in the slightest and pretend they have no clue as to why the refunds haven’t been processed, say they will chase it up and never do. I’m not even sure how they can be classed as customer service workers as they clearly have no knowledge of any processes within the company or any empathy skills.
