So yes I agree it was better with Trendwest but the onsite customer service is better now. I remember the days where late checkin was simply a key in a lockbox and no one at office after 10pm. But I also remember when our car broke down and Trendwest made accommodations to have us one more night - again not happening now with Wyndham.2/5(98)

The extremely aggressive sales team lied to me blatantly when I questioned them repeatedly about their cancellation policy. Two months ago I was forced to make the decision to cancel my membership with Worldmark by Wyndham/Trendwest due to more important financial obligations that came along.
