My daughter, age 16, downloaded a game from Gamestop which used trymedia.com to purchase the product. The product never worked on her computer. After several e-mails from trymedia, it was discovered she didn't have the right system for the game. They refuse to give her any of her money back.

Trymedia does not have this patch available making this game unusable. The normally downloaded patches simply don't work and during installation suggest you contact selling vendor (then shutdown). GameStop refused to help and suggested I contact TryMedia. Upon contact (email only) Trymedia stated no action was possible (i had asked for a refund).

Avoid Trymedia. I bought a game, it would not install, and they technically have a 48-hour return policy, so I thought it would be easy to get a refund. Wrong. They have no phone number and ignore all e-mails. I had to dispute the charge with my CC company to get any action from Stefanso over there. These are bad people; buyer beware!
