I have rented vacation homes from Twiddy for many years and have never had anything but great experiences with this company. If you have a problem it is corrected in a short period of time. On our recent visit we had a air condition problem but in a matter of minutes Twiddy personnel were there and we were up and running right away.

Twiddy & Company did indeed take immediate steps to remedy this problem in partnership with the actual home owner. We visited the home, Mr. G. spoke with rental managers and several maintenance personnel on different occasions, and we offered to release him from the contract or to move him to a comparable home.

Complained to Twiddy and they advise that they are working with the owner and hope to resolve our problem by the end of our stay. (word for word response) Wont be a problem after we leave!!
