Us appliance sent us what was supposed to be a new dishwasher ($795 - *****). The dishwasher packaging was in good shape. Upon opening the packaging, the dishwasher had a mold smell in it.

First, US Appliance just sells appliances, they don't make them. How can your knock a business when something doesn't work, that's on the manufacturer. Second, make sure it's in stock if you need it quickly. If you weed out those type of reviews, US Appliance is pretty solid (and I saved at least $1000 over the next cheapest vendor).2/5(88)

Easy Appliance Parts They are CROOKS. Do not buy from them. I ordered a thermo fuse for a kitchenaid gas stove. The electrician did not install it as we discovered it was not the problem. I returned it to Easy Appliance in the original packaging and got $0.00 back. They said it had been used. I am out $83.00 and they have the perfectly good fuse.
