Feb 22, 2018 · the lease was paid off and i now own the truck. but wait, 2 weeks later us bank goes and auto debits another payment from my bank account. so i call them and 2 days 5 different people and a trip to the local us bank later they agree they stoled my money but i will have to wait 2-3 weeks for them to send me a refund check.

We first called U.S. Bank leasing on October 28th, 2010 about paying off this lease. They were able to give us a rough estimate of the amount owed and updated our address (we had just moved). We were supposed to receive a packet of information about the payoff in the mail.

Sep 22, 2008 · The Finance person pretended to listed, but just didn't get it and kept quoting me US Bank along with a couple others. I ended up paying an additional $20 per month to avoid US bank, but that will end up being a savings vs. dealing with US Bank.
