The first complaint is absolutely accurate and on pointI called up and said I got money from a 3rd party/outside party and I didn't need the grant And all they say is I need a denial which I cannot get or need because I got the money from an outsider( which was a lie after I googled usa grant and got a full page of scam links and everyone of them showed what I was going through.)
