They tell you to call and when you do, you talk to their obnoxious reps and they refuse to assist you. I'm still waiting for a refund from an unauthorized shipment in which I refused delivery. Others "claimed" to have lost weight through Visalus products when in fact, some of the people marketing these products are simply adding an exercise program to their routine.
