Hmmm ,food for thought and lots of questions, but firstly ,Goireland is a commission booking service and the grading ,complaints side of things is handled through Failte Ireland, who in turn have a number of independent bodies who are in turn responsible for inspections etc.If you have a complaint/good experience then it is a cumbersome system to deal with.
