I have reported Vivastay to Action Fraud Police in the UK (where Vivastay is based) and suggest you all do the same so that we can make the relevant UK authorities aware and begin a road towards getting our money back. I booked 4 nights at Days Inn Berlin West 13-17 March on 3 March with Vivastay.com online paying £112. I had two reference codes: one from GTA and one from Vivastay. When I turned up the hotel the staff informed me that "Gullivers Travel (GTA) cancelled the reservation yesterday". They did not know why.
