Wachovia banned all withdrawals from checking account after I deposited a "suspicious" check drawn against MY OWN ACCOUNT at another bank. The ban caused all checks, automatic withdrawals and bill pays to be bounced even though there was enough in the account to pay those checks without the funds from the "suspicious" check.

That's bull. It's robbery and I can not afford to bank with Wachovia any longer. I don't understand how they are getting away with this fraud sceme. Wachovia conveniently placed transactions in such a way, that they were able to charge me as much as possible. When I had Bank of America account before that has never happened. Available balance was available. If you deposited money on the day of overdraft, they would adjust your balance. Wachovia is the worst bank I have ever had.
