Nov 16, 2010 · I have no complaints about Warmfront, except for their checks on loft insulation which was not fully fitted which they missed. It would of meant going deep into the loft with a board to check fully so easy to miss. I had a boiler replaced after my old boiler broke and that was without a problem.

Apr 18, 2011 · While I'm on it, the Warmfront/Eaga scheme has NOT closed - it's open again in April, and from what I found... It could only ever support a specific number of applications, as EAGA immediately claim the full amount of the grant you are entitled to, even though you may only actually have a £100 insulation job done - and then they "hold" it....

May 27, 2012 · I have had soooo manny people email me with Eaga/Warmfront complaints and wanting to know what to do i have been sending out these details:~ I f your Boiler is being replaced upon the ‘Warm Front ‘scheme I don’t think you get a choice in what is installed and it's an Ideal! This explains the high rate of breakdowns from Eaga customers.

Feb 28, 2009 · I call EAGA to enquire. They advise that he is elegible and will send out the forms. We find out that we only get £350 back because EAGA deduct £50 for their admin costs, so it isn't a £400 rebate at all. When I check the Government criteria for Warmfront it says the old gas boiler has to be broken down for it to be valid - it wasn't.

Sep 27, 2010 · The Number is EAGA its a main switchboard for the company, if you call back they can't say which department phoned you due to there being so many different sections of EAGA that use the switchboard. they are a company that covers central heating installations/service, warmfront grants from the government and the digital swithover from the BBC.
