Mar 27, 2017 · I had a letter to say I was awarded ppi on previous loans but did not realise that there was a lower success rate on ppi complaints with credit cards. On the most recent letter from the Clydesdale bank it does say they plan to undertake a review of all past ppi cases and this includes every customer who has previously made a PPI complaint.
