Go visit the Tumeshare Users Group forums for some "Real Scoop" as to how these companies operate. Oh, and do a simple Ebay search of a Wyndham Timeshare. If that doesn't tell you something, I can't help you.

I checked BBB and found report for Wyndham headquarter here. Here is their report summary. It looks like they resolved most complaints. We should all file complains for Billing issues.
