Dec 12, 2016 · In some ways it is a first world problem, but it is infuriating and shows no sign of letting up. I've now moved my business away from Accor around 4 months ago, but the calls haven't stopped. I want to submit a formal complaint but can't find any option to do this other than just to send a generic form email to their global head office in Paris.

After Accor's Seaside, Oregon Motel 6, Owner/manager, Lee Judson, inferred my wife and I are felons and/or tortfeasors, I researched the company and found there are literally 100's of complaints against it nationwide. I wonder how one would go about getting a class action lawsuit started against them?

Even the hotels dislike the Accor Advantage Plus staff. Having said this, Le Club Accor is a separate entity again, but these people work much closer with the hotels, and in terms of operations, they are much better trained as they deal day in and day out with members - not one off sales pitches.

I got an answer back from Accor (from the complaint I left yesterday on the link I posted in reply #1). They suggested since I was having problems booking via their website, that I call them directly - referencing the many toll free call numbers on their website.
