Sep 22, 2017 · Agoda had a better price, so I booked it through them. The web page said that breakfast is included in the price. When I got the confirmation and the voucher, it says that breakfast is not included. This is a business trip; I need the breakfast every day. So total, the Agoda reservation will cost more than a direct reservation through the hotel.

I think agoda make money out of deliberate scams. I made hotel reservation with agoda, the hotel booking add was providing some misleading information,pictures and high ratings like 10/10 exceptional , 3 stars hotel with 7.6 points very good rating also Free cancelation, pay when you check in option etc.

Agoda flight booking/terrible customer service. Please be careful with agoda flight bookings in these times! Booked with Agoda in December a flight on Air China to Chengdu. Airline cancelled both flights going there and return. Air China offers on webpages and when calling them directly free refund due to corona virus but has to be done via agoda.

I have used Agoda in the past however there always seems to be a problem at check in since the hotel claims Agoda did not confirm the reservation. More importantly, the photos of hotels on the site DO NOT represent the actual condition of the hotels. Recently Agoda started a new rewards program so I thought I would give them one more chance.

Mar 26, 2019 · I found out it AGODA which made the reservation refused to cancel. AGODA also goes by the name HotelStorm. Make sure you know whom you are making your reservation. If it is with AGODA or HotelStorm do not make it. Many complaints and it has an F rating with BBB. Also, the reservation was for Country Inn and Suites.2.6/10(13)

Dec 20, 2011 · Reservation. I want to tell you that the discounted prices that Agode offers is not really a discount. In Thailand when you check with the hotel or guest hpuse directly the price is maybe 700 baht pr. night . Same price as Agoda but they tell you that normal price is 1500 baht. Of course that is a lie so it looks that you get 50% discount.

The hotel was asking Thai Bhat 4000 for a Deluxe room and AJ searches on Agoda again, it was showing CAD 116 for a night.
