I immediatly called T-mobile to stop any service going to it so that i dont end up with a $200 bill if the person who took it had been using it. Nice lady at t-mobile stoped the service to that line and gave me asurion's phone number so that i can file my claim and get a replacement phone.

Dec 08, 2019 · Long story Short, I had to replace my phone 3 weeks ago, received the phone the next day after filing a claim, great, no problems. 3 weeks later, the spring in the tension when you open your phone, broke. Asurion refused to send me a new phone. They told me I had to file another claim and pay the $50.00 deductible.

Asurion is Terrible and should be shut down. Asurion gave the the worst costumer service I’ve had in my entire life. I was trying to make a claim and not a single employee knew what to do. They transferred me between 6 different agents that asked me the same questions every tome. The last agent hung up on me. I would give 0 stars if possible.
