After almost 9 years employed by belk, I believe that as an associate I have out grown my position. There is no communication on moving up in the company. Nothing is ever good enough for the money hungry Belk corporation. There is so much pressure on management that they in turn apply entirely to much pressure on the associates which lowers morale and creates a horrible atmosphere.
