Oct 2019: Promenade Place is an awesome place. It gets a bad rep but honestly I'm not sure why. The people in the office have always been super nice!Its an amazing place to be even if you're not a student! The new property manager Summer is GOD SENT, she has been helping me with an issue I had with my rent and its been the best process I have ever had to go through when dealing with an issue.
