Called Botach on a Friday and held for a "supervisor", no supervisor became available. The woman on the phone was short with me but assured me they'd get in touch with me later in the day. They never did. They ignored my emails as well. I'm currently out close to $600 and have now just gone to disputing the charges with my CC company.

Apr 23, 2012 · This is the best way to manage and repair your business reputation. Hiding negative complaints is only a Band-Aid. Consumers want to see how a business took care of business. All business will get complaints. How those businesses take care of those complaints is what separates good businesses from the rest.

Aug 30, 2017 · Then Botach stops returning emails/phone calls for a while. Then Botach tells you they are actually out of stock on your item and will refund your credit card - and again it never happens. Had to file fraud complaints with my credit card company to get the refund a couple of times.
