My story is: British Airways lost my suitcase at Heathrow terminal 5 on 1/7/2014, only returning it four days later in Jersey. I have lodged a claim as per BA's claims process for items purchased over those four days but they just will not pay the claim.

Last August, I travelled from Kuala Lumpur with Malaysia Airlines to Heathrow, and took a connecting flight with British airways to Amsterdam, my final destination.. Upon arrival, my baggage appeared to be missing. So I did what I had to do (fill out the missing luggage form) and went home.
